Dear Guests:

We welcome you to the Rexleigh and hope that you enjoy your stay. We have tried to provide you with everything you might need or want while you are here.

Please remember that we are not a hotel. Once a week maid and linen service is provided; however, should you require additional cleaning service please contact the management to arrange.

We do not provide any meal service or food delivery but there are many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood.

All our units are newly furnished. Please ensure all furniture is in the condition in which you found it. Any damages or missing items incurred will be charged from your deposit.

All units come equipped with smart tv’s in all bedroom and living rooms. Enjoy all of your favorite streaming channels.

Our kitchens are equipped with everything you might need. Please enjoy our coffee maker, blenders, and in the cabinets below you will find pots and pans in case you want to cook while you’re here.

Pool is open from sunrise until sunset. No unaccompanied minors under the age of 16 permitted at pool. No flotation devices permitted except for those used by small children. No pets at pool.

balloAir Conditioning

Air Conditioning Please leave door and windows closed to ensure that the A/C units function properly.

balloLaundry

There is a free laundry room on each floor. Laundry detergent pods can be found in the laundry room.

balloParking

Please park in your assigned space. A second parking space may be arranged by contacting the management. Please ask your guests to park on the street.

balloKeyfobs

Keys and Fobs should be returned to the office prior to check-out. There is a $50 fee per key and $125 fee per fob if not returned.

balloTrash

Trash room located on each floor. Kindly dispose of all trash in bin provided. Please recycle.

balloSmoking

This is a non-smoking building which includes all balconies and communal areas. Please do not smoke!

balloLoud Noise

Please be considerate of other guests. Loud noise will not be tolerated.

balloCheck-out

Check out is at 11:00am. Late check-out may be arranged through the management if available.
